This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working independently, traveling between properties (from Everett to Tukwila), and keeping things running smoothly.?What You’ll **Travel between properties to complete work orders and routine maintenanceTackle repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, and moreHandle unit turns (make-readies), including deep cleaning and repairsPerform preventative maintenance on units and common areasKeep detailed records of work performed in AppFolioCommunicate regularly with property managers and office staffParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies?What You *5–10 years of hands-on experience in residential or multifamily maintenanceStrong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general constructionValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck/SUV preferred – mileage reimbursed)Comfort using mobile work order systems (AppFolio experience a plus)Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills?Pay & *$25–$30 per hour, based on experienceSchedule is M-F 8am-5pm, although will be on-call one weekend a month and a few eveningsGenerous benefits package, PTO, 401K, mileage reimbursementWork with a team that values professionalism, respect, and quality service*********** LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ******************
