Job Description:A Personal Assistant (PA) helps a manager, executive, or individual stay organized and manage their day-to-day tasks. This includes handling schedules, making travel arrangements, managing communication, and providing general administrative support to keep everything running smoothly.What You’ll Do:Manage calendars and schedule meetings or appointmentsHandle phone calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of your employerOrganize travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and transportationKeep track of tasks, reminders, and deadlinesPrepare reports, take meeting notes, and organize documentsRun errands or manage personal tasks when neededMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with careCoordinate with other staff or external contacts as neededQualificationsBachelors degree or equivalentAbility to handle multiple tasks while staying organizedAbility to travel
