Position **Document Specialist Full-time; Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)Report *** Account Manager & Manager of Team OperationsLocation: 100% on-site – Holmdel, New Jersey; On-site training in Newtown, PA**July 2025 – February 2026Job *The Credential Processor position is a 6-month focus on the validation of college transcripts for law school candidates.Duties/*Review, scan, and upload documents to the candidate portal on behalf of the customer service teamOpens/receives academic documents, reviews them for authenticity and scans them into the computer systemVerifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic filesAssists as necessary with all the aspects of the group’s work to meet company needsWorks under supervision of the Manager assisted by the coordinatorDownloads electronic documents, reviews them for authenticity and legibility, and scans them into the computer systemVerifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic filesEdits, updates, changes and/or corrects any information related to applicant credentialsPrepares and sends correspondence related to credential processingAssists as necessary with all aspects of the group’s work to meet company needsEnsure that all client process and procedures have been implemented, understood, and followedParticipate and promote the company’s culture including, but not limited to, the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion planEnsure proper use of equipment and sensitive security information and reportsRequired Skills/Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsDevelops and maintains an understanding of all policies and proceduresBasic understanding of laws and regulations regarding the EEOC and ADAAbility to provide practical solutions to complex problems in an independent work environmentReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsEducation/***Computer literacy required; knowledge of office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Word, requiredAssociated typing skills, requiredStrong ability to interpret and analyze computer files, and good judgmental skills requiredFamiliarity with higher education admission procedures and concepts, such as transcripts, preferredMust be able to process high volumes of paper documents with strict attention to detail and high accuracyExcellent written communication skills, requiredThe ability to maintain professionalism and work well under pressure in a production environment is required.
