Flight Watch Coordinator (Contract) - KentuckyAs a Flight Watch Coordinator, you will ensure seamless travel support for Crewmembers by reconfirming hotel and ground transportation arrangements, monitoring daily flight operations, and communicating updates to relevant teams. This is a contract role based in Florida with an opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation support environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor Daily Flight ActivitiesTrack operational flight status and rolling schedulesVerify that ground transportation and hotel reservations are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmedIssue Resolution & Corrective ActionsImplement immediate corrective measures if ground transportation fails to show or flights experience unexpected delaysCoordinate alternate arrangements to minimize disruptionCommunication & CoordinationNotify affected stations, vendors, and internal departments (GCC, Hotel Connections, Crew Scheduling) of any reservation changesServe as a liaison between Manager on Duty (MOD), Crew Scheduling, and Travel & Hotel teamsCustomer SupportManage high volumes of phone calls and emails, providing professional, courteous supportAddress Crewmember inquiries and resolve escalations related to travel or lodgingQualifications & Skills**1–2 years in aviation support, travel coordination, or related field (preferred)Prior experience working with crew scheduling or airline operations a plusExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing flight statusesProficient with reservation systems, MS Office, and email platformsPersonal ***Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solvingProfessional customer-service orientationTeam player who collaborates effectively across departments?Apply Today or Refer a Candidate at info@ or 914-428-2233.
