Position Summary: Assists Maintenance Team Leader in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of industrial plant or warehouse by performing the following duties personally.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Maintain Housekeeping in maintenance areas.MMT1 Perform Preventive Maintenance on all production machines as directed by supervisor.Follow TS16949 requirements.Support ISO14001 System, Policies and Procedures as assigned.Support 6S activities in Team.Operate Forklift as needed.Operate Scissor lift as needed.Demonstrate safe use of all hand tools.Follow safety program for facility and machinery using NEC and OSHA requirements.Perform actions required for machine start-up and shutdowns.Assist in maintenance on all facility equipment.Proactively search and provide OEM part numbers for rapid ordering of spares.Perform other duties as required or assigned.Basic ability in performing troubleshooting skills.Basic Pneumatic and Hydraulic skills.Basic Electrical Theory.Basic Electrical Fabrication skills.Schematic Interpretation.MMT2 All levels from MMT1.Advanced ability in performing troubleshooting skills.Advanced Electrical TheoryAdvanced Electrical Fabrication skills.MMT3 All levels from MMT1 and MMT2Lead in maintenance on all facility safety equipment.Lead in maintenance on all facility equipment.Assist mechanics and automation with maintenance, repairs, optimization, and calibration of production equipment.Assist mechanics, automation, and engineering in troubleshooting and diagnosis of all equipment issues.Provide on call support to Production and Team.Proactively search, log, and stage equipment for minimal downtime during repairs.Proactively search and provide OEM part numbers for rapid ordering of spares.Perform daily rounds of all equipment interacting with operators to proactively prevent unplanned breakdowns.Perform other duties as required or assigned.Advanced ability to test/critique competency for Industrial Maintenance Apprentice.Education/Experience:5 years mechanical and electrical related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.You will be successful if you believe in our values: Respect and encourage othersContinuous LearningCustomer ServiceTeamworkUse of the most up to date technologyIndustry-Leading Benefits Package: Competitive SalaryFour weeks of Paid Time Off annuallyTen paid holidaysEmployer 401K and HSA MatchHighly subsidized Health, Dental, Vision InsuranceCompany paid short/long term disability insurance and life insuranceFree SC YMCA MembershipIf this is you, come join our team where we strive to continuously improve both products and processes with a mix of passion and pragmatism, utilizing our pioneering spirit in an entrepreneurial culture bringing unique offers to market.
