Job **HVAC Test/Service TechnicianLocation: East Syracuse, NY, 13057Duration: 12+ Months ContractMax *$27/hrPosition *100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 2nd shift hours (approx. 3Required Skill Set :• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum 2 years HVAC or maintenance experience required; however, additional education may be considered in place of years or experience• Must obtain EPA refrigerant certification EPA608 within 60 days of start date to remain eligible for position, at their own expense.Desired Skills Set :Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role ***• Experience with basic electrical wiring (3 phase electrical experience a plus)• Experience working with combustible and pressurized gasses.• Experience with refrigeration cycles and components used within those cycles.• Proficiency in brazing preferred.• Ability to read and understand test procedures.• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook• Ability to communicate effectively, follow oral and written instructions.• Ability to write clear, concise, and consistent emails.• Strong safety record.• Ability to multitask and shift priorities with very short notice.Education Qualification : Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
