In this position we seek a highly personable and organized individual to manager inbound phone calls while providing top notch customer service.Responsibilities of the Call Center *Answer all incoming telephone calls and email inquiriesAnswer inquiries and provide information, provide exceptional customer service support in navigating program policies and proceduresDetermine applicant eligibility according to program policiesCoordinate responses with the appropriate personnel if customer requires an escalated level of supportClearly document all customer conversations in call tracking systemMaintain respectful, professional working relationship with program participantsMaintain high-ethical standards including maintaining strict confidentialityPerform other duties as assignedQualifications of the Call Center ****Completed bachelors degree or relevant experienceExcellent customer service skillsGood communication skills (oral, written, and listening)Conflict resolution skillsMust be able to interact positively and cooperatively with individuals at all levels over the phoneThis position requires completion of a satisfactory background checkCall Center RepresentativeArlington, VA (Hybrid)Full-time$20/hr
