In this position, you will support the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced campus environment—receiving, organizing, and tracking merchandise, all while ensuring timely movement of product across internal teams. Take a peek at the key details below and apply today!As Product Logistics Specialist, you will:Steward the product lifecycle—from delivery receipt to unboxing, organization, storage, retrieval, and deliveryProcess inbound merchandise, conduct inventory audits, and execute cycle countsPull product for executions with tight, often same-day turnaroundsHandle outbound shipping, including packing lists, returns, and liquidationsSupport seasonal product management teams and serve as a resource to on-campus partnersMaintain sample, product, and prop storage areas with precision and careUse Excel and other tools (SAP, Airtable, Tableau, Keynote) to track and report product movementsIdentify and elevate risks, roadblocks, or inefficiencies and contribute to a culture of process improvementProvide excellent customer service to internal teams, vendors, and logistics partnersLift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and move efficiently in a dynamic warehouse environmentWho we’re searching for / About you:3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, or stockroom operationsExcel proficient with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP or WMS experience is a plusStrong collaboration skills and a positive, professional demeanorAbility to thrive under tight deadlines and shifting prioritiesDetail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focusedComfortable with physical labor and navigating stairs, lifts, and extended periods of movementWe know that experience is gathered in many ways.
