Handle the media in conference rooms setups. If furniture needs to be moved, cleaning of inside and outside facility etc.This individual will be self driven & intentional about enablement of our engineers & techs to have safe & proper setup to execute automated work on agriculture equipment.RESPONSIBILITIESFacility Management / Coordinator• Point Person for Bayer Security (GSOC) & Safety (HSE) and Landlord• Review Facility Permits / Purchase Orders / Contracts• Perform general maintenance checks• Prepare sites for large group tours• Keep records and schedule service for Vehicles & Industrial EquipmentSpace and office management:• Activities involving management and maintenance of buildings, land and furniture• Assure proper office supply and equipment• Management of media, meeting rooms and allocation plans (update, availability and operations)• Removal Management (planning and organizing of office moves)Shipping / Receiving• Management shipping/receiving dock• Deliveries between St. Louis facilities• Freight arrangements (projects & equipment transfers)• Small parcels arrangements (point person for team)• Import/export knowledge (global trade)• Preparation/Assembly of shipping kits/supplies to assist team with thier project needs• Operation and cleaning of industrial equipment within the buildingsCatering Services:• Conference-room services (setting or clearing the tables, responsible for the supply of cold and hot beverages, according bookings)Postal and Courier Services:• Sorting and distribution of postal items• Reception and dealing with parcels• Tour preparation & managementEntrance Services:• Activities involving contracting and managing vendors/contractors for services to the facilitiesOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
