Paralegal

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Merion Station, PA. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in federal litigation and a passion for class action work. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, with a focus on discovery, client communication, and case preparation.Key **Assist attorneys with federal cases, including preparing and organizing materials for depositions and witness preparationConduct outreach and maintain communication with potential plaintiffs, helping to identify suitable class representativesManage and organize large volumes of legal documents and case filesSupport the discovery process, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing discovery materialsCollaborate closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth case progressionMaintain detailed and accurate case records and timelinesMust-Have *Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigationStrong experience with document management systems and legal databasesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partiesProven experience supporting the discovery phase of litigationHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ****Experience working on ERISA-related cases (Employee Retirement Income Security Act)Background in class action lawsuits or mass tort litigationSalary for this role starting at $70,000 depending on relevant skills & experience.
