We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Strategy and Operations Associate to support the post-merger integration of two organizations in the life science and healthcare space. This role will be instrumental in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams to achieve a smooth and efficient post-merger integration process.Key **Project * Support integration project plans by coordinating activities, resources, and timelines across workstreams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Culture).* Serve as a central point of contact between departments, stakeholders, and leadership teams; maintain clear and consistent communication.Tracking & * Monitor and report on integration project progress, risks, and milestones; prepare updates and dashboards for leadership.* Maintain detailed records, action items, decisions, and integration timelines.Meeting * Schedule and facilitate cross-functional integration meetings; develop agendas, capture meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up.Change * Assist in change management efforts by supporting communication rollouts, employee engagement initiatives, and training logistics.Issue * Identify and escalate integration issues, risks, and interdependencies to appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.2+ years of project coordination, M&A, or integration support experience; experience supporting post-merger activities is a strong plus.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.Preferred *Experience working in a rapidly evolving organization, managing various initiatives.Knowledge of change management practices and organizational integration.Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.Physical Demands & Work ****This is a full-time exempt position.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
