Maintenance Manager

Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager with a solid experience in automation and process reliability to join a Global Manufacturer based in Chester County. This Maintenance Manager will report to VP of Operations, lead an maintenance team to plan and manage PM programs, capex projects, improve process and system reliability, manage spart parts and support maintenance and capex projects to ensure the safety, efficiency and drives continuous improvement for the automated plant systems. This is a full-time opportunity with lucrative compensation, bonus, benefit, relocation assistance and growth, the company would like to develop the right individual to become the Plant Manager or Plant Engineering Manager as part of succession planning.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the maintenance team to manage, plan and improve site maintenance, and reliability program in development of asset maintenance, reliability and compliance strategies and goals.Provide expertise in analysis of equipment and work process performance data in support of developing continual improvement plans as it relates to improving efficiency of the maintenance organization, improved asset reliability, safety, and optimization of plant costs.Manage, plan and coordinate work orders regarding PM, engineering projects, and manage the spare part department for inventory optimization and proper parts requisitions.Develop and conduct training in maintenance processes and procedures and provides coaching to maintenance team in use of maintenance programs.Establish and implement tools that support Maintenance performance tracking, uptime, downtime, spare parts management, PLC and Controls Management, Outsourced maintenance Costs through KPI.Identify, locate and help manage key resources necessary to support achievement of organizational or plant projects / goals.Set-up and run improvement programs targeting key identified areas.Develop key relations with Plant Leadership and Maintenance personnel, provide hands-on leadership, guidance as needed.Provide support to input into capital projects, replacement projects and closely cooperate with process engineering supporting on mechanical integrity (MI) program development.Define and execute strategies for systematic predictive / preventive maintenance, support maintenance planning, scheduling to optimize resource and manpower.Identify and manage external resources supporting CM activities at the sitesQualifications:bachelor’s Degree in engineering, bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is a plus.Recent years of tenure as an Reliability Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, within manufacturing industry, exposure to high speed, high volume manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge in automation and control systems, ability to troubleshoot controls and PLC related issues.Strong knowledge in process safety and reliabilitySolid leadership skill and has the aspiration to become Plant Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager for succession planning.Experience with SPC, 5S, Six Sigma, CI, RCA and CAPA.Proficient in Microsoft Suit, MINITAB, AutoCAD.Compensations and Benefits:competitive annual base salaryAnnual bonus401k with MatchPTOPaid HolidaysHealth, dental and visionLong-term/short-term disabilityLife insuranceRelocation Assistance
