We are seeking a professional Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact at the front desk while managing key administrative and scheduling responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude. As the face of the company, youll handle all incoming calls, greet clients and vendors, and coordinate service appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.Key **Front Desk *Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally; direct calls to the appropriate departments.Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.Scheduling & *Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians accordingly.Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and follow up on service satisfaction.Coordinate daily calendars for the service team and monitor job progress.Administrative *Manage general office duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.Track inventory and order office and field supplies as needed.Assist with invoicing, billing, and maintaining customer records.Communication & Team *Act as a liaison between field technicians and customers to ensure timely service and updates.**Proven experience in office administration, receptionist duties, or front desk operations (preferably in a service-based or construction-related industry).Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Excel is very important.Positive, professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
