This work includes pulling wire, bending conduit, interpreting electrical blueprints, and working with control circuitry.Key *Install and connect electrical components such as receptacles, switches, and motors, while working with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment in alignment with industry standards.Perform typical duties of a Construction Electrician, ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining high quality standards.Prioritize tasks and plan work activities effectively, demonstrating efficient time management to achieve project objectives.Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster teamwork, offer assistance when needed, and respond positively to feedback.Maintain a secure work environment by adhering to safe manufacturing and material handling practices and remain flexible to fulfill additional duties as assigned by the company.** High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, along with a working knowledge of NEC electrical codes and proficient conduit bending skills.Experience with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment is preferred, as well as medium voltage and electronics experience.Journeyman or Master Electrician licensing required2-3 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work preferredExperience with fabrication/machining desiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematicsPerks & *****Health Insurance with near site clinic, HSA, and FSA account optionsDental, vision, life insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insuranceAccident & critical illness insuranceLegal and identity theft plansEmployee Stock Ownership Plan401(K) with 100% match up to 3%Paid Time Off starts at 3 weeks/yrPaid Holidays (9)Quarterly profit sharingSign-on bonusEducational Assistance program
