The Front Desk Coordinator will handle daily receptionist duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments. They will also provide administrative assistance by managing patient records, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at the front desk.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and professional Phone EtiquetteExperience in Appointment Scheduling and receptionist dutiesAbility to perform Administrative Assistance tasks efficientlyExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with office software and equipmentPrevious experience in a medical or healthcare setting is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
