Our client, a management company in the chemical manufacturing industry, seeks a Corporate Administrative Assistant to assist designated officers with administrative matters and assigned project work as directed. This position is on-site in Concord, Ohio.**Assist designated officers with administrative matters as directed.Assist designated officers with various projects as directed.Assist officers and employees with administrative matters and/or projects as directed by designated officers.Coordinate internal group events for the Concord office as directed Administer and maintain group records and files in compliance with applicable policies and state and federal laws and regulations as directed.Complete monthly calendar and administrative tasks, including managing invoice payments as directed.Perform general office management functions as directed.Serve as backup for the coordination of facilities maintenance activities as directed.Skills/** Time management and ability to meet deadlinesVerbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskProblem-solving and decision makingInterpersonal skillsProactivity and self-direction*****$42,000 - $48,000.
