One day, it might be your name on the door!This is a hybrid role, with both office-based work at the Coral Gables, FL office and remote work.What you’ll **Collaborate with local account teams on the daily operations of client projects and prioritiesDevelop creative briefs, schedules, and promotional plans to drive momentum for our clientsCommunicate regularly with internal clients to address questions, provide updates, and solve issuesServe as a point-of-contact for client invoicing and accounts payable processingProvide data-driven support to clients by compiling & tracking market research, using proprietary toolsCoordinate meetings with internal and external teams, as well as prepare documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondenceTravel up to 20%About *You have strong organizational and project management skills and are able to see projects through from start to finishYou are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, able to create, edit, and format Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentationsYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou have an understanding of retail marketing; quick service restaurant experience is a plusYou thrive in a fast-paced work environmentYou are self-motivated with a “roll up your sleeves” attitudeYou have a bachelor’s degree, or related experience, in advertising, marketing, public relations, or communicationsDue to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide an individual response to every candidate.About H/****Since 1985, H/L has been fiercely independent and making Momentum.
