Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client in Trumbull, CT. This position plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of attorney development and reports directly to the Director of Professional Development. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting legal professionals throughout their careers. The assignment will last a minimum of 12 weeks or longer.Key **Coordinate attorney bar admissions, including application administration, tracking updates, and password management.Monitor compliance to ensure all attorneys maintain licensing requirements.Support the administration and execution of the Summer Associate Program.Assist with business filings in all applicable states, submit CT Attorney Occupation & Tax documents, and manage payment profiling in NetDocuments.Schedule and organize attorney training programs, including preparing materials and coordinating technology needs.Support the implementation of mentoring programs and other attorney development initiatives.Provide general administrative support to the professional development team.Required Skills & **Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and managing multiple tasks.Familiarity with systems such as NetDocuments, SharePoint, and Micron CE Manager.A genuine interest in professional development and supporting employee growth.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
