***** Legal SecretaryWe are looking for a driven and capable Legal Secretary to support our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent judgment, and brings proactive energy to day-to-day responsibilities. The right candidate will have a client-focused mindset, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for anticipating needs before they arise.**Manage a large volume of client correspondence, including drafting and responding to emailsCoordinate client ** schedule meetings, assist with preparation, and arrange for Notary servicesOrganize and maintain detailed client files and bindersDraft, transcribe, and proofread legal documents and communicationsEnter attorney time logs daily with accuracy and timelinessMaintain and update attorney calendars and schedulesSupport the monthly billing process and assist with invoice preparationHandle special assignments and projects as neededKeep client and referral information up to date and well-organizedBe available for occasional overtime as necessaryWork closely with attorneys and administrative staff in a collaborative office environment**High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration is a plusPrevious experience in Trusts & Estates law is highly preferredSkilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatFamiliarity with Aderant or Time Expert software is a plus, but training will be providedAbility to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentialityExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently and under pressureExcellent time management and organizational skills**Classification: Non-exempt, overtime eligibleSchedule: 35 hours per weekPaid Time Off: 25 days annuallyThe Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
