The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.Key *• Respond to phone calls and emails from customers regarding order status, production timelines, and general inquiries.• Provide technical support related to manufacturing equipment, processes, and product specifications.• Assist in diagnosing and resolving product-related issues in collaboration with engineering and production teams.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics departments to provide accurate updates.• Escalate complex technical or production issues to appropriate departments.• Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.• Support internal teams (sales, logistics, engineering) with customer-related information.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.****• Experience in manufacturing, customer service, or technical support.• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, or materials.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Proficiency in using support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
