As we continue to grow, we are looking for a professional, organized, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our Beaverton office.Position OverviewWe’re seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is client-facing and plays a key part in maintaining the exceptional service standards our firm is known for. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting the daily operations of our firm.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with a courteous and professional demeanorManage scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings, appointments, and deadlinesMaintain accurate and organized client files, both physical and digitalSupport the accounting and advisory teams with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and correspondenceHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesOrder and maintain office supplies and support office organizationMaintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive informationQualificationsProven experience in a client-facing administrative or office support role (experience in an accounting or professional services firm is a plus)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn industry-specific softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities with a calm and professional demeanorHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationProfessional GrowthThis is more than just an administrative role — its a potential starting point for a rewarding career path within our growing firm.
