This role requires a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM with a 1 hour lunch. The hourly rate is $25/hr.If this role is a fit to your background, please submit an updated resume for review.Responsibilities Will *Working with assigned accounts and maintaining strong relationships with the customer to ensure return businessEntering all customer purchase orders into Oracle systemAnswering incoming phone calls and emails from customers and sales reps (call center feel)Multitasking in order to fulfill all requests that come inRequired ****Must be able to work in a very fast paced, high volume environmentPrior account management experience from a corporate company, preferably manufacturingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using Oracle is a plusAbility to work from home efficiently as well as in office when needed
