We are seeking a proactive and highly organized office manager to support our growing team and ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine.Position *We are seeking a full-time, in-office Office Manager to help support our day-to-day operations and maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities while acting as a key support to the business owner.Key *Manage and process payroll accurately and confidentiallyCoordinate and maintain calendars, appointments, and team schedulesOrder and track office materials and suppliesProvide exceptional customer service across all communication channelsInterface with clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the full processSchedule client pick-ups and liaise with staff to ensure smooth serviceAssist the owner with day-to-day business tasks and operationsKeep paperwork and office spaces organized and efficientDevelop and implement organizational tools to improve workflowsAct as a personal assistant to the owner for both business and occasional personal needsWhat We’re Looking *Experience in office management or administrative supportExceptional customer serviceExcellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and a positive, problem-solving mindsetProficiency in common office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)Experience with payroll platforms (QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto) is a plusProfessionalism, discretion, and reliability are a mustCompensation & ** $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience 40 hours/week, in-officeTime *** 2 weeks paid vacation(PTO), 5 paid holidays, and 5 paid sick days
