Insurance Sales Representative

Key ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect and identify new clients through cold calling, networking, and referralsEducate clients on various insurance products, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate coverage optionsGenerate and follow up on leads to consistently meet or exceed sales and performance targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experienceStay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging products to provide expert guidance to clientsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environmentStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesSelf-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM and sales softwarePrior insurance sales or customer service experience is preferred
