The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Ricohs cutting-edge office equipment at customer locations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all equipment functions properly to meet client needs.QualificationsTechnical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and repairExperience with office equipment troubleshooting and customer serviceAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsKnowledge of Ricohs products and services is a plusAssociates degree in Information Technology or related field
