We want all of our employees to grow, develop and reach their full potential to succeed in an inclusive, diverse and equitable environment.Meet the challengeWe are looking for a Shipping Supervisor deliver extraordinary experiences for our clients in Seattle, Washington.Educational **High School or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Operations and Inventory Control.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and previous ERP experience.** Advanced English and Spanish.**Receiving materials from suppliers or repair stations for re-shipment to Mexico, as well as receiving materials sent from MEX to locations on the U.S. East Coast.Shipping materials to MEX, preferably using flights operated by Grupo Aeroméxico, or alternatively through other air freight options (e.g., Estafeta, Amerijet, American Airlines, etc.).Classifying received materials by comparing the physical items against the supplier’s shipping documents.Identifying shipping discrepancies, such as short shipments, over shipments, missing shipping documents, or missing technical documentation.Prioritizing materials based on urgency (e.g., AOG, WSP, Normal) to ensure timely delivery to their final destination.Notifying the MIA supervisor of any missing or damaged shipments, taking photos, and documenting incidents for reporting purposes to the Mexico team.Ensuring that all materials received during the day are shipped on the next available flight to their final destination.Acting as a hand carrier for AOG shipments requiring special handling, including the pick-up and personal delivery of materials within the U.S. and to Mexico as needed.Key *ResponsibilityTolerance to frustrationOrganizationJoin us!Aeromexico is the ideal place for you to continue to grow professionally and contribute to an incredible culture.Fasten your seatbelts, this is your chance to elevate travel to an extraordinary experience.Aeromexico is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, country of origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, pregnancy or illness.**** Aeromexicos Talent Attraction team will identify itself properly and will never ask you for payment or bank details during the selection process.
