We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department at a fast-paced distribution company based in Burbank. This role will provide broad support across HR functions, including employee records management, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and assisting with recruiting efforts.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hiresMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databasesSupport benefits enrollment and administration, including responding to employee inquiriesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations and company policiesPrepare HR-related documentation such as offer letters, new hire paperwork, and employee changesCoordinate new hire orientations and employee training sessionsSupport employee engagement initiatives and company eventsAssist with payroll processing and timekeeping review as neededAct as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and proceduresQualifications:1-2 years of HR experience preferred; distribution or logistics industry experience a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyFamiliarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of California labor laws is a plusDesired Skills and ExperienceWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department at a fast-paced distribution company based in Burbank.
