Job **Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.Position *Performs routine production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies and equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.Models a culture of One Team, Pride and Ownership.Partners with Integrated Build Teams (IBTs) and Team Leader to mitigate performance risk utilizing Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) methodologies.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):Ability to work a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)1+ year of experience in manufacturing, and/or fabricationPreferred - 1 Year Aerospace experienceEducation / ****Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED)
