For more information, please contact our RPS Recruiter, Sam at Sangilecchia@Perks & BenefitsWeekly paychecksDirect Deposit or Cash Card pay optionsMedical / Dental Insurance$16.00/HourEmployment Type & ShiftsFull TimeTemp to Hire1st ShiftJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V5000, IATF16949, ISO 14001 andOHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures (Related to all manufacturing) where applicable.Responsible for application of Stop Scrap procedures (Related to all manufacturing) where applicable.Respect Operator Certification ProcessApplication of health, safety, environmental & site rules for the APTs of his/her perimeterEnsure application and respect of updated working instructions for every station, including rebuild.Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, 5S, respect of the product, OK start) during the operations and propose/ implement improvements.Support in implementation and maintenance of work standards with support functions and shift supervisor.Update QCDMs and communication boards as required.Cooperate and function in a team based environment.Maintain KOSU/MES (production rate) with respect to SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery) to meet shipping schedule.Detected and react in case of issue problem(s) within production and report them immediately to shift supervisor and on QRAP (Quick Response Action Plan)Respect daily the MPS Schedule (production build and shipping)Understand who the internal customers and suppliers are, as well as who the end customer is.Develop versatility and competence in all related job tasks and operationsSubmit Improvement Proposals as needed in regards to Safety, Well Being, Efficiency, cost, 5SParticipate in the implementation of Improvement proposals as requiredParticipate to safety and environment risks reduction & participate in line QRQCRespect Zoning, 5S and improvements by his/her team.Participate in VPS (Valeo Production Systems) workshops (flow analysis, MUDA hunting, 5S, Hoshin, TPM)Respect Valeo 5 axes in daily activities to reach and maintain V5000 targets.Use of basic math skills (Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying, and Basic Division)Completion of daily paperwork as required of the areaOperation of Fork Lift if required and certified to Valeo StandardsAbility to operate at or exceeding production rate and paceVisual inspection and confirmation of part compared to provided visual documentationManeuver and Assemble small parts and tools as requiredOperation of handheld technologyAssociate RequirementsHS Diploma or GEDBackground CheckDrug TestMust be at least 18 years oldThe hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
