We are currently seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to join the legal team of a leading innovator in healthcare technology, this is a full-time, onsite opportunity in San Diego, CA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of the legal team, you’*****Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements including MSAs, NDAs, consulting and vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, and SOWs.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Finance, HR, IT, and Sales to align contract terms with business goals.Identify legal and operational risks, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.Drive process improvements and help build scalable contract workflows and templates.Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.Qualifications5+ years of experience managing vendor and SaaS contracts, ideally in healthcare or a regulated industry.Strong communication skills and the ability to translate legal language into business-friendly terms.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a knack for managing multiple priorities.Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification a plus but not required.Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations is highly valued.Why This Role Stands OutWork with a mission-driven team that’s simplifying the business of healthcare.Be part of a company that values diverse perspectives and continuous learning.Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA contributions, wellness incentives, tuition assistance, and generous PTO.CompensationThe expected salary range for this role is $125,000–$150,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.
