Are you an organized, adaptable, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? As an Office Manager and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while supporting project teams and creating a positive workplace culture.What Youll **Office Management -Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, efficient, and well-stocked workspaceAct as the primary point of contact for calls, emails, visitors, vendors, and deliveriesManage supplies, office equipment, and coordinate maintenance as neededAdministrative Support -Support project teams with scheduling, documentation, and tracking job progressMaintain accurate digital and physical filing systemsCoordinate internal communications, travel arrangements, and meetingsJob & File Management -Enter job data into our project management systemCreate and update job files throughout each project lifecycleCollaborate with clients, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure seamless communicationHR & Finance Assistance -Support recruiting activities and assist with onboarding/offboardingHelp manage billing, invoicing, and office expense tracking in coordination with accountingEvent & Meeting CoordinationOrganize internal events, trainings, and company meetingsManage logistics including venues, catering, equipment, and registrationWhat Were Looking *3+ years of administrative experience (construction preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management toolsStrong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, dependable, and a team player****Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
