Front Desk LeadershipOversee front desk operations and team performanceEnsure staff are trained, supported, and aligned with KPIs and brand standardsRun weekly check-ins, approve time-off requests, and manage shift coverageMaintain professionalism and consistency across all client touchpoints2. Executive Assistant DutiesStay on top of the company email, SMS platform, and scheduling systemMonitor and report key business metrics: revenue, treatment sales by category, product salesHelp the founder stay organized with backend operations, planning, and admin3. Sales & PromotionsCollaborate with founder to create and execute limited-time promotions and sales campaignsConfidently communicate value propositions to convert client inquiries into bookingsTrack performance and support weekly/monthly revenue goals4. Client Communication & RetentionManage client outreach, follow-up, and reactivation effortsEnsure friendly and timely communication across phone, text, and emailMonitor and maintain high pre-booking and retention rates5. Events & CollaborationsCoordinate in-office and external partnership eventsOrganize logistics, promotional materials, and team participationMaintain a current and strategic event calendar6.
