What Youll **Coordinate spoken language interpreter appointments (same-day/next-day and through the end of the month)Maintain a high job fill rate (** 100%)Communicate with clients and interpreters by phone and emailTrack, confirm, and update assignments in our internal systemsSupport contact center functions and flex between scheduling and customer service as needed? What You **1–3 years of scheduling, coordination, or customer service experienceExperience in a healthcare or social services setting preferredHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plusStrong multitasking, time management, and communication skills?
