Vernis & Bowlings Pensacola office is seeking Paralegals with a minimum of 4 years of civil defense experience to join our team. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and notices· E-filling· Review and receipt of e-service mail and US mail· Document management· Scheduling, calendaring, and preparing hearing exhibits and hearing binders· Manage deadlines timely· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure· Calendaring court deadlines· Knowledge of Florida Rules of Procedure· Trial preparation is a plusBenefits:· Medical Insurance· Voluntary Vision and Dental Insurance· Voluntary Life Insurance· Short- and Long-Term Disability· 401(k)
