Job Description

**We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Facility Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of service requests, maintenance projects, and repairs across the company’s convenience store network. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for all facility-related service work and act as a liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and store operations teams.Coordinate and dispatch service providers for maintenance and repair needs across multiple store locations.Support the dispatcher team, ensuring effective prioritization, scheduling, and follow-through of maintenance requests to minimize downtime and disruptions to store operations.Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors and third-party vendors performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility upgrades.Monitor and manage maintenance tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.Track project timelines, costs, and deliverables to ensure alignment with budget and operational requirements.Maintain records of repairs, inspections, permits, and vendor compliance documentation.Communicate with store managers and internal teams regarding repair status, service timelines, and disruptions.Assist in the planning and execution of remodels, refreshes, and small-scale construction or renovation projects.Review and approve vendor invoices and work orders as part of ongoing budget control.Identify opportunities for cost savings and vendor performance improvements.***High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or trade knowledge preferred. 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance coordination, property management, or project management; retail or convenience store experience preferred.Strong business acumen coupled with strong leadership skills. Working knowledge of general building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and vendor management skills.Experience with work order management platforms or Officetrax.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
