Job DescriptionJob ** Service Contract Administrator Onsite/Brea, CA 6+ MonthsJob * Contract (Through the end of the year, potential extensions. This is 30 hours a week job.)Top 3 Required SkillsService contract processing and administrationCommunication and customer engagementERP/CRM system usage and data entry*Experience with service agreement processingStrong organizational and documentation skillsEffective communication (verbal and written)Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independentlyBasic knowledge of ERP and CRM systemsKey Responsibilities and DutiesProcess and manage all annual service contracts including invoicing, purchase order matching, and ERP entryMaintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and supporting documentationEnsure timely monthly invoicing to support revenue goalsCommunicate with customers to facilitate contract renewals and resolve service-related inquiriesUse CRM tools to update work orders and customer data accuratelyCoordinate with sales and service teams to collect purchase orders and identify upsell opportunitiesInvoice customers for billable service calls and renewalsEnsure compliance with company policies and contract standardsWork *** Ability to work a consistent 30-hour schedule between 6 AM and 6 PMEducation/***** High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience***** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
