Position Summary:Provide administrative and secretarial support in the planning, implementation, and support of iSchool High and the Campus Director. Work assignments may be complex in nature, where considerable judgment, tact, creativity, and initiative are required in resolving problems and completing tasks. Typical responsibilities include compiling, organizing, developing, and reporting information relative to budget, inventory, training, maintenance, and support of operations.Qualifications:Education/CertificationOne year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment and diplomacy.Excellent computer skills using Google DocsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to travel as necessary.Preferred KSAs3+ years of progressively responsible work experience in an office environment.3+ years of experience maintaining and supporting the department and staff.3+ years of experience maintaining and supporting campus-level Administrators3+ years of experience maintaining and supporting confidential documents.Responsibilities and Duties:Maintain calendars, track deadlines, route incoming calls, organize meetings, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.Ability to edit, proofread, and process official documents.Perform special projects, during and after normal business hours, and other duties as assigned.Responsive Education Solutions does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Equipment Used:All equipment required to perform job duties and tasks previously described.Physical / Environmental Factors:The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
