Company OverviewCurrently partnered with a large multi-trade contractor, operating across the Midwest working on medium-large scale industrial and commercial construction projects. Theyre currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for their team in Kansas City, KS.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all Mechanical scope of work on the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioningEnsure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulationsDevelop and manage project schedules and budgetsCoordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that MEP work is integrated seamlessly with other disciplinesManage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budgetConduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard and that any issues are addressed promptlyProvide regular progress reports to senior managementRequirementsMinimum of 10 years experience in Mechanical construction for large-scale projectsBachelors degree or equivalentExperience working on projects over $15M in value (mechanical scopes)Strong knowledge of Plumbing/piping systems, HVAC and construction practicesExperience working on Industrial & Commercial facilitiesExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with project management software and toolsBenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matchPaid vacation and holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and development
