Job ** Construction Project Manager Projects across the DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas Full-Time | ExemptPosition OverviewCAET Construction is a small but growing commercial general contractor seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven individual with an ownership mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from pre-construction through closeout, while cultivating relationships and new business opportunities to support company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning in coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsDevelop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planningOversee bidding processes and evaluate subcontractor proposalsSupervise and mentor field and office teams, ensuring alignment with project goalsConduct regular jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality control, and performanceServe as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholdersMaintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and financial reportsHold weekly progress meetings and address issues with proactive solutionsFoster strong client relationships to promote repeat business and satisfactionIdentify and mitigate risks throughout the construction processRequirementsBachelors in Construction Management or related field, preferred5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (or 8–10 years relevant experience)Strong understanding of construction safety, scheduling, forecasting, and field executionSkilled communicator with demonstrated leadership experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS ProjectOSHA 10 certification required (30 preferred)Valid driver’s license and insurability for regular travel to project sitesWhy Join CAET Construction?Build Something * Be part of a close-knit team shaping a growing companyCompetitive Compensation & * 401K with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and 8 paid holidaysBalanced ** While construction is demanding, we prioritize people and respect your time
