Typical Task **Collaborate daily with project teams and fellow PMs/Scrum Masters to plan transformation projects, execute deliverables, and communicate project status.Provide operational leadership support for initiatives that require formal project structure and governance.Work *On-site, 5 days a weekCandidate *Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar capacityBachelors degree (4-year)Technical *Proficiency with project and program management tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft ProjectStrong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologiesProven experience leading cross-functional programs and projects involving both IT and business stakeholdersAbility to develop and manage project charters, plans, budgets, status reporting, governance controls, and sponsor communicationsFamiliarity with mainframe and distributed applications preferredSoft ****Exceptional attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organizational and project planning capabilities
