Youll oversee crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Most importantly, you’ll help deliver a customer experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty.Key *Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finishReview specs, coordinate teams, and track budgetsOversee subcontractors, field staff, and jobsite safetyCommunicate with owners, architects, and internal teamsPrepare estimates, reports, and documentationSupport CAD updates and contract administration*Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)5+ years of experience in construction project management/estimatingOSHA 10 certifiedStrong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in both office and jobsite environmentsSkills *Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret plans and construction documentsComfortable navigating active job sites and physical demandsClear, professional communicator at all levels**** Up to $150k per year!
