This role will serve as the on-site lead, managing day-to-day construction activities, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of mission-critical facilities.Key **Lead on-site execution of hyperscale and colocation data center projectsCoordinate field teams, subcontractors, and schedule milestonesDrive adherence to safety, quality, and performance standardsOversee site logistics, inspections, and progress reportingCollaborate with project management, engineering, and owner repsResolve field issues in real time to avoid delaysMentor junior superintendents and field engineersSupport commissioning and final turnover processRequired Skills & *8–12+ years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on data centers or mission-critical environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage field operations on $50M+ projectsStrong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure sequencingExcellent communication, leadership, and coordination skillsProficient in construction software tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)OSHA 30 and strong understanding of site safety best practicesPreferred ****Experience with multiple phases of data center delivery (shell, MEP, commissioning)Ability to travel or stay on-site as required by project demandsProven record of delivering high-performance teams in fast-paced environmentsFor more information, please apply directly.
