The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small-to-midsize project. Prepares strategic plans for project success. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Servers as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Acts as main client facing from Design Development to IFC Involved in Project Concept DesignConsistent project oversight and redlined feedback as well as the final redline check on all submitted sets.Develops & maintains project schedule and responsible for overall project workflow and establishing achievable goals per phase of project and maintaining profitability.Establishes & develops an internal project team with Director of Studio; gauges strengths and needs of team and recommends staffing and support needs to Director of StudioPerforms internal reviews of project staff.Works with DoS in selecting consultant project team - RFPs, timely onboarding, etc.Responsible for Jurisdictional/Civil coordination on entitlementsWorks with the Director of Studio to maintain updated project fee projections, billing, additional services contracts, and project invoicing.Directly coaches & supports Project Architect; assesses skillset and knowledge base of project architect & job captain, communicates w/ Director of StudioDevelop project cartoon set or other verifiable method of assessing project documentation schedule. Consistently evaluates scope of work is in conformance with contract.Creates redlines for project staff, implements project design direction, and performs project documentation support when warranted.What you need.
