Please follow the instructions outlined in the “Application Requirements” section below to ensure your application is complete.Key Responsibilities:Business Development Support (Reporting to the Director of Business Development):Source new business opportunities through both consultative and relationship-driven selling.Generate and schedule qualified prospect meetings from ABM campaigns and event follow-ups.Manage communication strategy and follow-up cadence with prospective clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, helping track the pipeline across products and programs.Prepare prospecting materials, briefing documents, and support for BD meetings and follow-ups.Research, prioritize, and help execute outreach strategies for strategic target accounts across legal and professional services industries.Contribute insights and suggestions to inform our broader BD strategy and initiatives.Community & Strategic Alliances Support (In collaboration with the Director of Community & Strategic Alliances):Assist in roundtable membership outreach and tracking across verticals.Support execution of ABM campaigns and event activations (e.g., The Short List tour, industry conferences).Coordinate prospect and member communications related to strategic partnerships, retreats, and other initiatives.Help ensure a consistent and professional presence across outreach and engagement touchpoints.Additional Responsibilities:Track lead source performance, prospect conversion, and other KPIs tied to growth initiatives.Collaborate with marketing on campaign content, messaging, and lead capture strategies.Provide timely and thoughtful feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to help shape the sales narrative and client experience.Role requirements:5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, sales, account management, or client success (experience in professional services is a plus)Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-impact business development initiativesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate across teams (leadership, product, sales, marketing, client success, and operations)Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficient in using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot preferred), with working knowledge of proposal software and AI platformsExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting toolsSkilled at articulating value propositions and differentiating complex solutionsQuick learner with strong virtual presentation and written communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree or higherApplication Requirements:Please send us a 1-2 minute video introducing yourself and telling us why you think you would be a good fit for this role.
