Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, they’re known for their strong culture, relationship-first mindset, and deep expertise in multifamily development.As their project pipeline continues to grow, they’re looking to bring on a talented Estimator to join their preconstruction team at their Greenville office.The RoleAs Estimator, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the early stages of large-scale multifamily developments. You’ll provide accurate, competitive estimates and collaborate across departments to ensure every project is positioned for success from day one.Key *****Develop detailed cost estimates for ground-up multifamily projectsReview construction documents and specs to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and bid packagesIdentify and analyze cost factors, such as materials, labor, and equipmentEvaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsWork with project managers and leadership to align budgets, schedules, and scopesMaintain current cost databases and historical pricing recordsParticipate in value engineering, project handoffs, and pre-bid meetingsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of estimating experience, ideally with a focus on ground-up multifamily or commercial projectsStrong knowledge of construction systems, materials, and methodsProficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, OST, or equivalent)Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skillsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple bids and deadlinesTeam-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetWhat’s in It for You$110,000 – $150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)Office-based role in Greenville, SCWork with a company consistently voted one of the Best Places to Work in South CarolinaA culture that values collaboration, growth, and long-term relationshipsHigh-impact projects with a strong project backlogSupportive leadership and real opportunities for advancement
