We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent with a strong background in structural construction to lead field operations on complex airport infrastructure projects. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of structural components including terminals, hangars, runways, and support facilities.Key **Lead on-site construction activities with a focus on structural elements such as concrete foundations, steel framing, elevated decks, and airside infrastructure.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field crews to ensure adherence to project plans, safety standards, and timelines.Interpret and enforce structural drawings, specifications, and engineering documents specific to airport construction.Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, crane operations, and heavy equipment usage in secure and operational airport environments.Conduct daily safety and quality inspections, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and airport authority requirements.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, airport officials, and inspectors to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum.Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and progress tracking.Oversee structural testing, inspections, and commissioning activities.Support project closeout including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover procedures.**7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or infrastructure construction, with a strong emphasis on structural work.Prior experience on airport or aviation-related projects highly preferred.Expertise in concrete, steel, and structural systems for large-scale facilities.Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.Strong leadership and team coordination skills in high-security environments.Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).OSHA 30 certification required; FAA safety training or airport-specific certifications a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to pass airport background checks and work in secure zones.
