We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Design Lead / Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the creative and operational success of our projects.Position *The Design Lead / Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the design vision, managing client relationships, and directing project execution from concept through installation. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong project management skills, deep hospitality design knowledge, and the ability to guide and mentor design teams while ensuring design integrity, timelines, and budgets are met.Key *Design *Lead the creative development of interior design concepts for hospitality projects.Collaborate with principals and clients to establish project vision and ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.Oversee the preparation of presentations, mood boards, and FF&E specifications.Guide schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.Project *Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial planning through final installation.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors.Lead client meetings, presentations, and regular check-ins to communicate project updates and manage expectations.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and sample approvals.Team & *Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing clear direction, feedback, and design guidance.Promote a collaborative studio culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and professional growth.*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.8+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 4 years in a project management or design lead role.Strong portfolio of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or private clubs).Exceptional design sensibility with attention to detail, proportion, and materials.Proven ability to lead projects from concept through completion.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
