OverviewOur client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationship, reach project challenges (OTD, OQD, OCD). This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.DutiesManage the customer requests providing technical and commercial offers.Lead the planning and execution of mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Coordinate and monitoring progress and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.Facilitate communication between various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain quality control.Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports using tools like Bluebeam for effective collaboration.ExperienceProven experience in mechanical project management within aeronautical / Aerospace sectors.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools is required.Experience in reading blueprints and schematics is crucial for successful project execution.Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective coordination among diverse teams.A background in jigs / Tooling for assembly and/or production.For immediate and confidential consideration, please apply today.
