What You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain5+ years of procurement experience in a CPG or food manufacturing environmentExpertise in category management, sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract managementStrong financial acumen and analytical mindsetAdvanced communication, presentation, and change leadership skillsA strategic, curious mind that questions the status quo and seizes new value opportunitiesERP and Microsoft Office proficiencyAbility to travel up to 30%? ** Professional certifications like CPSM, CIPS, or PMP are a big plus!
