Key **Review and document project details, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and payablesTrack changes and correspondence via RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and emailsMonitor buyout progress and financial reports for accuracyEnsure project stays on budget and schedule to meet profit goalsAccurately estimate new projectsBuild relationships and communicate with owners and designers on upcoming opportunitiesShare long-term schedules with subcontractors and suppliersAssist superintendents in communicating safety protocols and project changesOversee material deliveries and expedite procurement processesRepresent the company professionally and build strong client relationshipsUnderstand project plans, costs, and objectives thoroughlyLead project planning and execution with clear priorities, timelines, and benchmarksProvide detailed meeting minutes and look-ahead schedules**High school diploma required; bachelor’s in Construction Engineering or related field preferred5–7 years of construction experience, ideally in a leadership roleProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Timberline experience a plusStrong communication and coaching skillsAble to handle confidential information and collaborate effectively in a team
